ITRT-SQ AC/DC EMERGENCY LIGHTING CHANGEOVER BOX

Ⅰ.Overview

ITRT-SQ AC/DC emergency lighting changeover box is designed and manufactured to meet the AC/DC automatic switching requirements of users. This equipment is guaranteed to supply electricity for lighting after the failure of wire in the field.

This equipment uses parallel inverters, adhering to the modular design concept. In addition, it adopts DSP digital control technology and high-frequency soft-switching technology, which are featured by high efficiency and high reliability; the application of automatic current sharing technology, namely, the parallel connection of modules is independent from any other public part (such as system monitoring, etc.), realizes automatic parallel connection, and the system constituted by parallel modules achieves the proper non-single-point failure. Moreover, the parallel modules can also be composed of high-reliability N +1 power supply system.

The DC input and AC output of the inverter are completely electrically isolated. It dispenses with external power frequency isolation transformer upon being used in the electrically operated power supply DC system.

Ⅱ.Service Conditions

2.1 Indoor use, and good indoor ventilation.

2.2 The altitude of less than 2km.

2.3 Ambient temperature: -10 ℃ ~ +50 ℃.

2.4 Relative humidity of not more than 85%

2.5 Atmospheric pressure of 80 ~ 106Kpa.

Ⅲ.Packaging, Transportation and Storage

The cabinet should be packaged in a timely manner after being manufactured and passing the tests. Otherwise, the cabinet should be effectively protected, and in conformity with the relevant provisions of transportation.

The packaging box should be affixed with obvious packaging storage and transportation graphical sign.

In the transport process of the cabinet, the mutual position of the internal structure shall not be changed, and the fasteners must not be loose.

All components, components and spare parts of the cabinet in the transportation shall not be lost, damaged, damp and corrosive.

The technical documents provided with the product should be intact and complete.

Ⅳ.Installation

In installation, the grounding terminal shall be reliably connected with the grounded counterpoise, and then the L, N termination of the AC220V AC power supply shall be respectively introduced into the node 1 and 3 of terminal Z3 inside the screen. The +KM, -KM of DC220V DC power supply shall be respectively connected to node 5 and 7 of terminal Z3 inside the screen.

Ⅴ.Attention

To avoid injuring the personal safety, the installation must be grounded

Do not place in an environment with high humidity or temperature

Do not place any liquids or objects inside the equipment

When the equipment is disabled, all the switches should be put in the off position.
